Are You on An Online SuperHighway to Nowhere?
Copyright © Heikki Ahola

http://www.newrichreport.com/hankonline/

You have bad feelings and are frustrated, no results, no millions of dollars, hardly any sales, even you have tried everything. OK. I will tell my story.

Few years back I happened to read some ads about making money online from home, making fast easy money. I read about people making millions with easy automated systems. OK. I did not really believe them totally. But I kept on reading and found more and more similar stories. At that time I was planning to retire from my own furniture business and was looking for some easy additional income.

So I joined few mailing lists and started to receive offers on huge potential income and best of all you needed to work only few hours weekly. I did not pay anything yet, but joined more programs for free. I wanted to learn more. But before long I paid my first 29 dollars for joining a list and a program that supposed to be easy and simple and start making money at once. No way.

After some time I had joined several programs, downloaded pile of free and paid ebooks and other material for reading later. I read some of it and tried to learn more. After a while, there was a call from the states, offering me an agreement for guidance to great results, guaranteed. The total cost, I really did not find out. I was afraid that I will be robbed and I make agreement that would cost me my whole fortune. I had few similar situations. You never know what would have happened, if I just had worked with them. Maybe I would be a rich man by now.

But anyway, I joined more lists, paid more money for joining programs and finally I had several different systems that were not bringing in any money at all, just taking a lot of time and money every month. A lot of emails were coming to my inbox. I did all the mistakes one can do with starting online business. You start as a hobby, some kind of interest, you start dreaming about easy big money, hardly any work at all and no skills required. Then before long you are paying all kinds of monthly fees and no income from online business and no lists and nothing.

I should have been wise enough to think this as a business that requires all the basics that regular off line business requires and in addition to that you have to learn a great deal of new things, computer skills.

So here are my few basic theses:

1. Keep your head cool.
2. Do not believe everything you read, listen and see.
3. Study carefully and collect information
4. Stop downloading everything you think is good and valuable even if it is free.
5. Stop joining all lists and programs even if they are free. You often have to pay for results.
6. Make Plans. What do you really want from your online business?
7. Stick to your plans. Set realistic Goals. Prepare to invest some.
8. Have Dreams and work for your dreams.
9. Build a reliable network of people. Learn who you can trust and who can help you best.
10. There is easy money for somebody, but it is not you. You have to work for your money.

Online you can make money, slowly, but in the long run you will make profits and start getting additional income working from home. You can make good money, if you are Persistent.

If you haven’t heard yet… James Grandstaff
has released “Part 2″ of his “Downline Secrets.”

Before I get to my review, I thought I should
play a little catch-up in case you have no
clue as to what Downline Secrets “Part 1″ is
about.

Basically with Downline Secrets part 1 you
get free access to a recorded call between
Mike Filsaime and James Grandstaff. Mike asks
James questions about the success he had
using InstantBuzz.com (a free advertising
resource) to grow his downline.

You get access to the MP3 and PDF transcript
of the call (which is nice because I don’t
always like to sit in front of my PC to read
or listen to content.)

During the call James reveals how he used
his free Instant Buzz traffic along with his
(now proven) 3 step strategy to explode his
downline into the thousands on complete auto
pilot.

The cool part is he did it while maintaining
his full time job as a PC support technician
in Michigan.

And from there you have the opportunity to
buy the same software that James developed
to grow his downline and use it to grow your
downline in any program you happen to be
involved in.

So all-in-all DownlineSecrets.com is a great
site and offers a lot of great info for free
on how to build your downline using the web.

What makes Downline Secrets “Part 2″ so much
better is that it takes over where Downline
Secrets 1 left off.

What I mean is this…

With Downline Secrets 1 you were left to
figure out all the technical stuff in order
to duplicate James’ results for your MLM
business. The software and detailed videos
are fantastic but you still have to come up
with the web copy, the hosting, the HTML
page design and so on… The yucky stuff.

Let’s just say his target market is much
smaller because if you don’t have the much
needed technical skills or the money to hire
those with the skills, you are pretty much
out of luck and can’t fully benefit from
the entire system he is teaching.

This time around you get access to a call
between James Grandstaff and Chris Zavadowski
who is also very successful in the MLM scene.
He grills James for over an hour and gets
all the must know secrets out of him.

The system James is offering this time is
over the top! He covers all the technical
stuff for us this time and everything is
completely set-up. All the technical issues
have been removed. This is great because
more people can now truly benefit from his
teachings and proven system.

Now, I want to let you in on something…

Once you register for the call below you
will see an offer for James’ Elite upgrade
membership. All I can say is ==> TAKE IT!

It’s only $47 bucks and for what you get
it’s simply mind blowing!

In a nut shell… he’s offering you a
professional designed lead capture page
that gives away a customized version of
his new manuscript called ‘How to Get Rich
Building a LAZY Downline!’

This PDF is first customized with your
affiliate links to several “generic” MLM
training resources. As you give this thing
away you will earn commissions from those
you refer who upgrade in any of the programs.

And since they’re all MLM related, the
conversion rates should be extremely high!

All you do is simply advertise the lead
capture page via the special link you get
and James’ software sends an email to your
prospects (with a link to your customized
PDF)

Everything is on auto-pilot!

Oh, and don’t worry, the traffic aspect is
even handled for you. Be sure to check out
the bonus that’s included :-)

See, I told you this thing was awesome.

As you can see, I’m totally excited about
this because it’s refreshing to see a great
product come along that is truly capable of
changing the lives of others.

So yes, Downline Secrets 2 gets my highest
recommendation!

Sign up below and buy everything ;)

Here’s the link:

Take care of your business and yourself :-)

Sincerely,
Heikki

A friend of mine Yuri Elkaim wrote in his blog yesterday. I quote:

“I don’t have H1N1 and I certainly don’t plan on getting it.

And, I’m not vaccinated and will most certainly NOT get my vaccination. It’s scary to see how much hype has gone into prompting people of walks to get their H1N1 virus vaccination.

Considering the nasty consequences of vaccines (after all, many of them have “stabilizers” such as body-decaying mercury, aluminum, and formaldehyde added to them) I choose to protect my body naturally by building and supporting my immune system.

This is a continuation to my previous post on boosting your immune system, and you can follow these recommendations to help your body out so that you don’t have to fall prey to H1N1 or any other flu that comes a knocking.

1. Sleep and Rest

Especially if you haven’t been feeling great or have busy, stressed days.  Your body regenerates when it enters stage 4 (deep) sleep. Thus, depriving yourself of sleep is not what you want to do.

2. Hydrate

Drink plenty of fluids:  filtered water, herbal teas (ginger, peppermint).  Remember: coffee and alcohol dehydrate and weaken your system.

3. Eat as Healthy as You Can

Be sure to eat plenty of raw fruit and fresh vegetables for their powerful antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and thousands of phytonutrients that help you fend off foreign invaders.”

You can read his complete blogpost here. It is certainly worth reading. Virus is spreading quite fast at the moment here in Finland and by the end of the year we will see how widely people are suffering from it. Personally I think that Yuri`s 6 point program is what we should have followed long time ago. Go to read his blogpost and make you own valutation.

Yuri Elkaim, BPHE, CK, RHN
www.myFitterU.com

Nowadays, most people don’t have time for lengthy, grueling 2-hour workouts, be it with work and family demands or simply the search of free time. Well, what if there was a way to be in and out of the gym in less than 1 hour and still feel absolutely worked? What if you could combine your cardio and weights so that you wouldn’t have to spend hours on either? Well, I’m going to let you in on a little secret – it’s called Circuit Training – and it is the most effective and time efficient means of exercise for those looking to lose weight and tone.

CIRCUIT TRAINING 101

Circuit Training involves completing several resistance exercises in a continual sequence. For instance, a circuit may be comprised of 8 exercises (push-ups, plank, lunges, etc…) with each one being performed for any length of time (30 sec, 45 sec, etc…) or number of repetitions. Between each exercise is a rest period of a certain length. Note that circuits that have lower rest periods will be more challenging and provide more aerobic benefit. An example of a typical circuit is 8 exercises each 30 seconds in length with 30 seconds to recover between each. This is only one example of 1000s of possible circuit combinations. There are many factors involved in determining the effectiveness of a given circuit including: number and types of exercises, load, tempo, duration of work bout, duration of rest bout. Basically, the more intense you make the circuit, the more challenging, yet effective, it becomes.

AEROBIC BENEFITS

Studies have found that aerobic benefits related to circuit training are mainly determined by the duration of the exercise (work bout) and by the amount and type of rest given between exercises. For instance, a meta-analysis done on circuits showed that a 10-exercise circuit (using weights) using a 30 seconds for both work and recovery, performed 3 times per week over 8-12 weeks improved VO2max (measure of aerobic capacity) by 5%. Compare that to continuous running, cycling or rowing at around 75% of max heart rate for 20-30 minutes, three times a week for 8-12 weeks which boosts V02max by around 20%. Obviously, this 30s work: 30s rest protocol is not optimal for yielding staggering aerobic improvements. However, other studies have shown that by shortening the rest period to 15 seconds or jogging during a 30 second recovery bout improved VO2max by 12% and 18%, respectively.

Further, some research has even shown that Circuit Training can be just as effective at maintaining previous aerobic gains as following a strictly aerobic conditioning regime.

Incorporating more compound movements (several different muscle groups involved) into your circuits will make it more challenging for both your muscles and aerobic system. This is because as you use more muscle mass, more oxygen is required to supply the working muscles. As a result, you begin breather heavier and your heart rate increases to provide the muscles with the oxygen they need. This technique makes circuits much more challenging and effective. As an example, perform lunge walks with a shoulder press, instead of either one separately.

Here is an example of a 7.5-minute aerobic based circuit:

1. Lunge Walks with Biceps Curls- 30 sec

2. Jogging on spot – 1 min

3. Stability Ball Chest Press – 30 sec

4. Jogging on spot – 1 min

5. Plank – 30 sec

6. Jogging on spot – 1 min

7. Back Rows – 30 sec

8. Jogging on spot – 1 min

9. Squat Presses – 30 sec

10. Jogging on spot – 1 min

BODY COMPOSITION CHANGES

Circuit Training has been shown to decrease body fat by 3%. Research also shows that lean body mass is either maintained or increased alongside the decrease in body fat. This is a major benefit for those who want to get in better shape, lose weight, and tone. With traditional aerobic training, a decrease in relative fat mass leads to a decrease in total weight with little change in lean body mass. The resistance work involved in the circuits encourages muscle-mass development, and thus any fat loss is replaced equally by muscle gain. This makes it easier to maintain the lower body fat or reduce body fat even further because the increase in lean body mass pushes up basal metabolic rate and overall calorie expenditure.

It has also been estimated that calorie expenditure during a bout of circuit training is approximately 5 – 6 kcal per minute for women and 8 – 9 kcal per minute for men (this may vary depending on body weight). Thus, if a man were to perform 30 of circuit training he would burn upwards of 180 calories.

OTHER BENEFITS

Because of the duration of each exercise many people claim that strength may be compromised as a result of working at a lower percent of 1RM (maximum weight you can lift once). This is definitely true in most cases and thus, I would not recommend circuit training for those looking to improve strength. However, some studies have shown that circuit training increases muscular strength anywhere from 7% to 32%.1 Achieving such strength gains requires working at a much higher percent of 1RM (>80%) and thus the duration of the work bouts would need to be much lower (<20 sec) in view of sustaining the heavier load.

Circuit Training is also beneficial for the development of the anaerobic system. Anaerobic conditioning occurs when exercising at a higher intensity for upwards of 20 seconds. This is the zone when you begin to feel the burn in the muscles as a result of lactic acid production. As such, your body’s ability to tolerate and buffer elevated lactate levels will be improved, allowing you to sustain higher intensities for a longer period of time.

CONCLUSION

Circuit Training is an excellent means of training the body if you are looking to lose body fat and maintain lean body mass. Depending on the protocol followed you will experience any number of the aforementioned benefits. Overall, it is great if you are short on time and are looking for a short workout that will leave you feeling great and more energetic.

Perfect Traffic Storm is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS–signups and sales. So I decided to put it to the test…

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless–they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive–I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads–the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into “Perfect Traffic Storm” links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Perfect Traffic Storm Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way–links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you’ll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!

After you’ve created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Perfect Traffic Storm link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Perfect Traffic Storm link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Perfect Traffic Storm. So if anyone clicks the Perfect Traffic Storm image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It’s a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Perfect Traffic Storm links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members’ links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally–meaning as you make referrals into Perfect Traffic Storm (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Perfect Traffic Storm image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Perfect Traffic Storm also.

I didn’t get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated–my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Perfect Traffic Storm even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all–downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Perfect Traffic Storm really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it’s valuable as a user, but no so often that it’s a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again. Now THAT’s cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Perfect Traffic Storm. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

Friend of mine Yuri Elkaim has written a lot about energy and better health. One of his recent articles is dealing about tomatoes. I like to quote his excellent writing:

We have a tomato plant on our patio and it’s amazing how tasty naturally grown, pesticide-free tomatoes taste in comparison to the commercially available garbage.

I love tomatoes but I should warn you that many people have a sensitivity to the nightshades which includes tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and cayenne pepper. If that’s you, then you may want to skip this section. Because regardless of how good a single food is, if your body can’t tolerate it, you’ll be doing more harm than good if you consume it regularly.

Tomatoes have been getting a lot of acclaim over the last decade or so as more and more studies are showing the cancer-reducing effects of their main antioxidant – lycopene.

In the tomato, lycopene protects the seeds from damage by oxygen and light. We also consume those benefits. The BBC television series The Truth About Food showed that lycopene can offer some protection against sun-induced skin damage.

In this show/study, the group of volunteers who consumed 16 mg of lycopene per day showed less reddening of the skin and less DNA damage than the non-lycopene group.

Unfortunately, the subjects were using supplemental lycopene and to achieve the same effect from whole tomatoes you’d need to eat at least half a dozen.

Lycopene is a fat-soluble substance and therefore eating tomatoes in conjunction with healthy fats can enhance it’s absorption. I knew there was a reason why Italians love their tomatoes and olive oil!

Another healthy component of tomatoes is the yellow gooey stuff that surrounds the tomato seeds. This fluid contains flavonoids that have anti-clotting properties, making tomatoes a beneficial food for cardiovascular health.

These are just 2 of hundreds of healthful compounds contained in tomatoes. The message I’m trying to get across is that taking ONE of these compounds by themselves is nowhere near as beneficial as eating the whole tomato. Think synergy!

Although coined only few years ago by O’Reilly Media, Web 2.0 is
quickly becoming vernacular in our culture, but many people do not
know what it really means. It name suggests that it’s an upgrade
from the original world wide web. As such, web 2.0 would signal the
next generation of the internet, truly an enormous thing. But what is
the real essence of web 2.0? This section is meant to provide a
broad overview of web 2.0, what it is, how it came about, and how
you can recognize it.
Web 2.0 is changing the entire focus of internet surfing. With web
2.0, you are no longer passively reading through pages and clicking
to other pages. Instead, you are contributing with each click,
modifying search engines with your own vocabulary, helping to
improve your own future online experience, and communicating with,
sharing with, and teaching others throughout the world. Web 2.0 is
still quite new, but it promises to be the next big generation in
internet communications.
The phrase “web 2.0” itself is a catch phrase with questionable
inherent meaning. O’Reilly Media, working with MediaLive
International, initially coined the phrase when naming a series of
internet conferences in 2004. Since then, the phrase web 2.0 has
been adopted by developers and marketers alike, but some people
question whether each use of the word adheres to the original
definition, or whether a rigid definition even exists. The expert Tim
O’Rielly has said, in effect, that web 2.0 includes all applications,
using the internet as a platform, that improve in quality and content
as more people use them. To put it more glibly, web 2.0 is “the
intelligent web,” where the internet and the collective intelligence
combine.

Would you like to get the whole review of Web 2.0? You can get it free

by just entering your best email to the form below. And then

you are kindly requested to confirm your interestT. You will then

be able to download the whole ebook. Totally Free.

It’s really unfortunate that the vast majority of the population turns to stimulants instead of looking to whole foods for a boost of invigorating energy. I guess part of the problem is that humans are generally lazy and would rather take the “magic pill” to fix all their problems.

But when it comes to having more energy the irony is that the stimulating foods such coffee, sugar, and energy drinks actually fatigue your body in the long run. Sure they give you a quick jolt of energy but then their real effects are felt as they wear down your adrenal glands, disrupt your blood sugar, and create a huge crash after the initial high. Essentially they are drugs. They are not foods that give us energy.

Ok, then, what are some natural foods that will give you long-lasting energy?

Well, you may want to consider that no single food will give you more energy than your overall diet. Sure you could add in some of the energy foods I describe below, but if your diet is horrific to begin with, then you will not see the sustained level of energy that you want.

Instead of searching for “miracle” energy foods your goal should be to eat a diet that consists of foods that are vibrating at higher energies. This means eating more raw living foods. When a food has not been cooked, it maintains its natural energy properties (not to mention all of its other nutrients). Thus, when you eat raw foods, you’re giving your body direct energy from the ultimate source – the sun – as most of these foods will be plant-based, and the sun is where they get their energy.

The closer you eat to the bottom of the food chain, the more nutrition and energy will you acquire. Think about it – it takes more of your energy to digest animal meat than it does to digest a green vegetable, right? Plus, this green veggie will have the maximum amount of living energy versus a dead animal carcass.

Thus, to have more energy, you need to follow a high energy diet. After that, you can start to knit pick and see which specific foods give you more energy, if at all.

To help you get started, here is a list of some my favourite energizing foods:

- wheat grass – if you haven’t tried wheat grass then you’re missing out on some big time energy and nutrition. Growing it and juicing yourself can be a bit of a pain but you can easily get a “shot” at most health food stores or juice bars. 1 oz of wheat grass juice packs more nutrition than 2.5 lbs of green leafy veggies!

- raw cacao (nibs or powder) – incredible source of magnesium, antioxidants, and life force. These give me a natural high that can last for hours without the subsequent like you would get from coffee and caffeinated beverages.

- goji berries – another incredible source of antioxidants and polysaccharides that improve cell-to-cell communication. I actually combine these with my raw cacao nibs and complementary tastes work really well together.

Remember that although these foods provide incredible nutrition they are the like the healthier version of coffee and other quick fixes. The key still remains to follow a raw foods diet, as much as possible, that will provide you with tons of life force, alkalinity, and nutrients to help your body thrive.

By  Cate Brizzell

I was chatting with someone recently, and she said, “I really wish

I could lose my extra weight.  I weigh more than I ever have before.”

When I mentioned my book, she said, “I don’t have time to read a book
or follow a plan.”
Really?  If you have time to eat, you have time to do something about
your weight.
So I started thinking about a fast, easy strategy anyone can use to drop
some pounds A.S.A.P.
Ready?
I call it my “halftime” strategy.
Every time you eat or drink, only eat or drink half what you usually serve.
Think you can’t do it?  Think you’ll go hungry?  Try it.  You’ll be amazed.
If you’re really concerned you’ll still be hungry, take the other half of your
usual portion, wrap it up or stow it away…just in case.  But keep it out of
sight.
It’s not dieting.  You can still eat cheesecake.  You just eat half a slice
instead.
I guarantee you’ll lose weight, likely right off the bat.
Is this a healthy strategy?  It is if you eat healthy foods to begin with, and that has nothing to do with dieting or trying to lose weight.
If you don’t eat healthy foods with regularity, it seems to me that cutting your portion sizes in half right off the bat is a step towards healthier eat ing.
(Keep in mind that if you have special medical conditions or dietary restrictions, any change in eating habits needs to be approved by your physician.)
So give my “halftime” strategy a try, and don’t forget to pull out “Real People Don’t Diet” for another read, before we head into the holiday season.   One of the bonuses explains how you can enjoy holiday foods without gaining a ton of extra weight.
Remember, “Real People Don’t Diet” is all about how real people can eat
real food and lose pounds…without dieting…because dieting doesn’t work.
Keep it real, and see you next week!
Warmly,
Cate Brizzell signature
